Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
